Making its debut tonight on HBO and HBO Go, the tense, 10-part drama from Taiwan has to an extent been overshadowed by the recent horrifying mass shootings in Christchurch and Utrecht. Here, we pick up the fictional story some time after such an attack, the effects of which still reverberate deeply through the lives of the victims’ friends and families…
