You kind of expect a place called Louder Louder to be booming with rambunctious tunes as you walk through the door. Not so at this Northbridge spot, which formerly housed Wok St Chow House and before that, Darling’s Supper Club.
The doubly loud reference instead points to the chilli factor applied to the authentic and contemporary Thai dishes. Menu items have cute loudspeakers, whose numbers indicate the scale of ferocity. “If you don’t like heat, you can ‘silence’ your dishes,” states the website. Clever, huh…
