After opening its hotel in Shenzhen at the start of this year, MUJI is poised to open the doors to another branch within the next month. The hotel is set to be located in the Ginza region of Tokyo, seeing MUJI return to its Japanese roots.

The hotel itself has been described by MUJI as both “anti-gorgeous” and “anti-cheap,” instead focusing on the brand’s signature minimalist aesthetic and high-quality approach. The space is set to feature 79 rooms, set over the sixth to tenth floors of the new MUJI global flagship store…
